Writing And Saying Your Wedding Vows

Here are a few simple things to remember when writing your vows:

• Sit down and think about nine or ten things you love about your intended. This may include words, phrases or things they do. Start out all sentences with "I love" and continue from there. For instance, "I love they you talk to me".

• Take your vows seriously, as you write them. Share what you have with each other so you can create vows that express everything you want to say.

• You can now decide as a couple which way your wedding vows will be conveyed.

• Once you decide your vows are complete, write them on your cards and say them aloud so you will both see how they sound and flow together.

You will want to practice your wedding vows

before the wedding, but you can also use your little index card to read your vows to ensure that you express everything you wanted to in the beginning.
